Profile of LCC

Beijing Language and Cultural Center for Diplomatic Missions (LCC) is an institution providing language services. LCC specializes in teaching Chinese as a second language and offering content-based cultural courses.

Over the past six decades since its inception in 1956, LCC has attracted students from over 100 countries, including former US president George Bush senior, former Indian president Kocheril Raman Narayanan and over 300 ambassadors. Since 1983, we have also been sending teachers to the Royal Palace of Thailand to teach Chinese to HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.

In addition to regular Chinese courses, LCC also offers specialized Chinese courses covering a number of subjects including diplomacy, politics, technology, culture, and art. Besides, LCC offers cultural tours in various forms all year round, taking students to experience the beauty of Chinese culture.

LCC has been serving as a designated test center of HSK, TOEFL, GRE, and BEC.
