The Beijing Housing Service Corporation for Diplomatic Missions (DHSC) is affiliated to the Beijing Service Bureau for Diplomatic Missions (BDS). As a public institution managed as an enterprise, it provides office and residential buildings as well as other relevant professional services to foreign diplomatic missions, representative offices of international organizations and foreign news agencies in Beijing and their staff. It is a vice-president-level member of the Beijing Property Management Association.

The Corporation adheres to the principle of “serving the diplomatic cause, serving foreign diplomatic missions in China and serving China’s socialist construction undertaking”, carries forward the corporate culture with “respect” as the core value,  aims to build international communities on the basis of mutual-trust and shared harmony and strives to serve as the excellent industry leader in the field of diplomatic housing service.

The corporation is currently in charge of three embassy zones with Qijiayuan Diplomatic Residence Compound (DRC) and Jianwai DRC in the first embassy zone, Sanlitun DRC and Tayuan DRC in the second embassy zone, and Liangmaqiao DRC in the third embassy zone. These embassy zones cover an area of more than 1.4 million square meters, of which the embassy premises and five DRCs occupy a total floor space of over 120,000 square meters.
