Participate in Waste Sorting and Enjoy a Healthy Life——Jindao Property Department and the Community Carried out Waste—Sorting Campaigns

To further raise residents’awareness about waste sorting and promote eco-friendly gestures that help protecting the environment and saving resources, on the morning of October 19th,Jindao division of the Property Department of Liangmaqiaoand Guangnan Community jointly carried out a campaign called "Participate in Waste Sorting and Enjoy a Healthy Life".

The activities began with interactive games, allowing everyone to learn knowledge of waste sorting during the games, which not only created happy and peaceful atmosphere throughout the activities, but also brought the neighborhood closer. The games also provided guidance to the residents so that waste sorting becomes their everyday habit, instead of being just slogans. The residents will improve and contribute to the ecological environment on which our survival depends by adopting dailyeco-friendly gesturesthat make daily life greener. During the activities, the residents also learned about the traditional Chinese medicine, one of the quintessence of Chinese culture. As the saying goes, "As a thousand year old tradition, Chinese medicine keeps people healthy". The residents tried taking pulse and experienced massage to deepen their understanding of Chinese culture and felt much happier after the event.

The activities not only improved our communication and interaction with residents and the relationship among neighbors, but also further raised the residents’ awareness about waste sorting. The concept of "green, low carbon and environmental protection" is deeply rooted in people's hearts.
