The Yunkang Company has recently received thank-you letters from residents at the Shuguangli Residential Compound and similar correspondence from the DSB property dwellers to Ms. Jiang Qi, DSB executive deputy director general, passed on by the HSC General Office. The authors of the letters offered understanding and support for the sweeping security inspection carried out by the DSB and provided encouragement and recognition of Yunkang’s performance in property management for the sake of the residents living in the DSB owned properties, thanking for and applauding the family-like services delivered by the Neighborhood Committees under 1^st Department of the Yunkang Company.

The HSC and DSB leaders gave instructions about the letters to announce, “Incentives to the good performers for publicity and promotion of positive energy.”

Upon receiving the letters, the Yunkang Company called all employees to take the Shuguangli Residential Compound staff as role models, following the principle of “making all efforts despite difficulties and hardship”, based on the DSB-HSC instructions, to deliver caring services and treat the residents as their families, doing well in property management and promoting the DSB call for raising fire hazard awareness in order to build the DSB owned properties into beautiful homes of safety, tidiness, harmony and warmth.
