AIIB Facilities and Administration Service Director Visits HSC Project Office
2018-03-12

Mr. Yang Dan, AIIB Facilities and Administration Services Department (FASD) director, called on the HSC’s AIIB Project Office accompanied by senior administrative and facilities officials, and conducted exchange of views. Mr. Feng Cheng, general manager of the HSC AIIB Project Office, met with the visitors together with senior staff.

To begin with, Mr. Yang thanked the HSC for its efforts in the past year in keeping the AIIB offices in good order and commented, as the second year of working together, the HSC property management team had made laudable contribution from the initial grinding in to the current smooth operation. Being property management specialists, the team made quick response to the AIIB demand in regard to the AIIB office building’s energy saving and computerization, particularly following the tour to the Liangmaqiao Diplomatic Office Building that offered quite a number of inspirations of how to achieve the goals. Mr. Yang requested to sum up the good experiences and skills on the basis of the current service items so as to serve the future better. He added that it was hoped that continuous efforts would be made to offer even better services, jointly with FASD.

Mr. Feng thanked Mr. Yang profusely for the visit despite of his tight schedule and was grateful for the care shown to the property management team. He said that the Project Office had received strong support from FASD in the past year in launching a la carte service for better efficiency in the conferencing catering and computerization of the engineering area that enabled the property management operation to proceed in an orderly manner. Basing on the summary of experiences of last year, it was obvious that there was still room for improvement, for instance some of the frontline service providers’ English proficiency required further polishing and some procedures further optimization, among others. That would be our priorities in the upcoming year to freshen up the AIIB employees’ experiences, in a continuous fashion.

Although the year 2018 is expected to be testing in the face of the new tender bidding, the HSC AIIB Project Office will work together with colleagues of the DSB and HSC to devote to the contest without hesitation but all-out endeavors.
