Jianwai DRC receives UK Royal

The Jianwai DRC Property Management received an urgent request from Save the Children International Beijing Office for assistance, on 30 June, informing it that Princess Anne of United Kingdom would visit the diplomatic residence compound on the morning of 5 July 2017. 

Taking it as very important, the Property Management immediately organized the security, facilities, reception and cleaning sections to make a careful and meticulous reception plan.

 Under the supervision of the Property Management, the security employees closed the top floor of the building and proceeded to a security inspection to remove any potential risks. A special parking space was reserved for the visitors, and was guarded and patrolled to ensure its availability and safety. Maintenance and cleaning workers were assigned to check on the key spots and facilities and make sure everything was tidy, clean and in good order. Liu Hong, the elevator service department director, led technicians to check on the lifts and made special arrangements for the royal visitors. On the day of the visit, Mr. Liu Yong, HSC deputy general manager, Guo Lifeng, security department director, and Huang Debiao, fire prevention and security department director, came to the compound to ensure the success of the visit. 

The royal visit was taken as an opportunity to showcase the DRC style and the reception work was fully recognized and appreciated by the visitors.
