Case study of customer services provided by the Insurance Agency of the Personnel Company: Beijing Jiaoyuan Construction Co. Ltd

Since the founding of the Insurance Agency of the Personnel Company, we have been working hard in pursuit of “Service first, customer foremost”, which is also our management philosophy. For clients’ better understanding of our services and to improve the quality of our services, the Insurance Agency launched a series of customer service activities in 2015.. For instance, we gave presentations to China Star Company (Huaxing Company) and Aojie Company in succession to answer their questions. On August 19th, Tian Lu, manager of the Agency, together with channel head of Beijing Office of Ping An Insurance Company, attended a communication meeting in Beijing Jiaoyuan Construction Co. Ltd., and made an explanatory presentation on casualty insurance for overseas working to the company staff. The meeting was hosted by Su Yu from Jiaoyuan, in the presence of Deputy General Manager Ke Jia, Engineering Manager Tang Xiaochuan, and seven other senior managers.

With Jiaoyuan Construction’s uninterrupted development in overseas engineering projects in recent years, more and more of its workers have been sent overseas and engaged in various kinds of projects. Considering both the interests of the company and its overseas workers, Jiaoyuan Construction has bought them casualty insurance for overseas working, the services of which include insuring against deformity and death caused by accidental damages, and against accidental damages, as well as providing medical treatment to acute diseases and emergency rescue. This insurance will give the overseas workers reliance and support when they unfortunately get injured or even die at work, or fall ill unexpectedly. On account of various health status of different workers, and diverse security and medical conditions locally, it is necessary that they understand in advance their rights and obligations in addition to services they are entitled to, learn about how to obtain rescue and medical treatment when an accident happens, and successfully get insurance claims afterwards. During the meeting, representatives of the agency and the insurance company made a presentation on the three points mentioned above, and answered in detail all of the questions raised by the staff of Jiaoyuan Construction. After this meeting, both sides reached a consensus that they should communicate more in the future so that Jiaoyuan’s employees can have a better knowledge of insurance from the Agency and the Insurance Company and promote business exchanges. Representative of the Agency stated that since after-sale service is an important link of the whole chain of insurance services, the Agency will continually take an earnest and responsible stand to provide high-quality follow-up services, acting as the escort of companies owned by the Bureau in the process of their growth and development.
